Dylan D'Souza
Energy Analyst
Dylan is an Energy Analyst at the Northwest Power and Conservation Council. Prior to the Council, Dylan was the Lead Procurement Analyst and Process Excellence Specialist with Vestas American Wind. Other prior experience includes: Energy Efficiency Engineer with the APS Demand Management program and a Researcher with Vittori Consulting. Dylan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Interdisciplinary studied with focus on business and sustainability.
