Tomás Morrissey
Senior Power Analyst
Tomás Morrissey joined the Council in 2023 and works on fuels pricing and electric load forecasting. He is Vice-Chair of the Fuels Advisory Committee. Tomás holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Amherst College and a master’s degree in education from the University of Mississippi. Prior to joining the Council, he was a Principal Analyst at Portland General Electric, an electric utility, working in the integrated resource planning department.
