Council and Bonneville staff are conducting workshops in five locations to assist project sponsors in the proposal development process.
The workshops are designed to help sponsors understand the solicitation guidance, schedule, budget, science review, selection process, proposal forms and to answer questions of the sponsors. These meetings are not mandatory for submitting proposals, and they are open to the public.
