Each year, the Council, which is funded through the Bonneville Power Administration, develops and adopts a budget for the next two fiscal years. Over the last twenty years, the Council’s budget has grown at or less than the rate of inflation. And, even with the incremental growth in its budget, the Council has been conservative in its spending and has consistently underspent its adopted budget.
The Council is proposing a budget of $12,206,857 for fiscal year 2024 revised and a budget of $12,725,518 for fiscal year 2025.
Public comment process
