This annual report is prepared by the Council to explain Bonneville’s fish and wildlife mitigation expenditures.
In this ninth annual report, the Council provides an update of Bonneville’s expenditures through Fiscal Year 2009. A portion of these expenditures is directed to the Council’s Columbia River Basin Fish and Wildlife Program. The reports respond to a July 1999 request by the governors of Idaho, Oregon, Montana, and Washington — the four states represented on the Council — to report annually on Bonneville’s expenditures for fish and wildlife mitigation.
